We currently do not offer returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike, or personal preference, since many of our products are personalized, seasonal, or made to order.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 Hours of delivery by emailing hello@perkifly.in with:

Conditions for Replacement:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Replacements will be for the same product, subject to availability.

If the product is out of stock, you may opt for a full refund or exchange for another item of equal value.
Important:

We do not offer reverse pickups. You’ll need to courier the product back to our return address.

The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after:

We receive the returned product at our warehouse.

A quality check confirms the issue as reported.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund process after verification.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In rare cases, we may request bank or UPI details if the original payment method doesn’t support reversals.
🔸 Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
🔸 Express shipping charges are also non-refundable, including cases of delay beyond our control.
Order Refusal or Failed Delivery:
If the order is refused at delivery or fails due to incorrect address/contact info, we reserve the right to:

Deduct a restocking fee of up to 20%

Deduct actual courier charges, even if your order qualified for free shipping
Please remember: Free shipping is a promotional offer, but we still incur actual courier costs.
