Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@perkifly.in with:

• Your Order ID

• A short note mentioning the reason (optional)

If your order is eligible for cancellation:

• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Important Notes:

• Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Orders placed during special sales, limited-edition launches, or with personalized/customized items may not be eligible for cancellation.
