Yes, COD is available on select orders and pincodes. Additional charges may apply.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping (if available) is prioritized but not guaranteed on a specific date.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also contact us if you haven’t received tracking info after 4 days.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Just email us at hello@perkifly.com with your order ID.
We do not offer returns for reasons like change of mind or personal dislike. However, if your item is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
Yes. If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order ID. We'll process a replacement after verification.
We offer free shipping on select orders as part of promotions. Actual shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
